Depend on the different
application, Dinkle uses the appropriate wiring structure
to accommodate the product structure design, aiming the
highest reliability in all ranges of products.

| PA66 is used
as the insulator material for most Dinkle products,
the material is stable, has the nature of extinguish
itself in catching flame (conform to UL94V-2 and
UL94V-0) and has excellent elasticity and hardness,
it is difficult to break, all the materials Dinkle
uses are compliant with the RoHS standards.

CElectrolytic copper is the conductor material used
most often by Dinkle, it has a fine characteristic
in conducting electricity and an excellent chemical
stability. Moreover, in order to tap on the
conductor directly, BRASS is used as part of the
conductor material, to strengthen the ability to
withstand torque on the thread. All the materials
Dinkle uses are compliant with the RoHS standards.

In the structure of Dinkle products,
high carbon contained steel alloy material is used on
all the screws and fastener, and after heat treatments
and plating (Cr+3), fasteners are able withstand higher
torque and has better clipping ability, and better shock
proofing. Regarding the screw less terminal blocks, the
quality elastic stainless steel is used as a reliable
fastener. |

(1) PC board style: Terminal
Blocks are soldered to the PCB, terminal blocks is
used as a tool to receive an deliver signals.
(2) Pluggable style: To meet different
application, different angles of the headers and plugs
are provided for selection.
(3) Panel mounting style: Terminal blocks are
attached to a panel of an application, screw or clips
are available to fasten the wire on both sides of the
terminal blocks, for signal transmitting purposes.
(4) Din Rail style: Din Rail terminal blocks are
able to attach the standard U shaped rail, G shaped
rail…etc, accommodated by the DTN rail channel Terminal
blocks are able to fastened on the need items, for
signal transmitting purposes.
(5) Screw less style: Quality elastic material is
used for the structure of the clips, it is convenient,
shock proof, high reliability, only a screw drive is
required in opening the clips for wire entry in this
type of terminal blocks.
(6) Barrier style: This type of terminal blocks
is widely used in the filed of power supply, industrial
control equipments, technological products and home
appliances. |
