Dinkle's surface
treatment factories were established for the company’s
long term development and its among the few who
has certified incenses in the mainland China.
It’s purpose is to satisfy the customers’and Dinkle’s
requirement, to speed up the delivery time and
quality, in order to improve the competitiveness,
seting up the road for the buisiness future development.

Most metal materials are
unable to meet customers’ required quality alone, in order
to achieve better appearance, longer lasting against corrosion,
improve the conductivity, the finishing treatment includes
plating, positive surface plating, coloring treatment
..etc.
Dinkle's current surface treatment includes: plating,
and plastic plating, metal injection plating, metal coloring...etc. |

Dinkle's plating facilities currently
provides barrel plating and progressive plating for
pins of terminal blocks and metal sheets.
Barrel
plating: Currently 8 sets of facilities are
able to do copper, nickel, tin, gold, silver, Cr+3,
chemical nickel, chemical gold, 8 types of plating, the
daily production is 3 tons.
Progressive
plating: Currently 2 sets of facilities are
able to do copper, nickel, gold, gloss tin and matt tin,
5 types of plating, production for sheet metal is
approximately 60 tons per month, production for pins of
terminal blocks is about 65 k pcs per month.
Platable
Metal: phosphor bronze, brass, steel,
stainless steel, nickel sheets. |

Inspection tool:
AA atom light sensor,
UV light analyzer, X ray thickness analyzer, 250X micro
scope, salt spry tester, moisture tester, oven.
Water quality:
Currently we have a water purification machine, able to
produce 6 tons of pure water, insulation rate below
10μs.
Sewage treatment:
Presently the capacity
is 250 tons, the facility is approved by the
environmental production department, and has license to
release the treated water. |
