Depending on the applications, our products are designed with a seamless integration of wiring architecture, in order to ensure
the high reliability of the connections in
every product.
|
The majority of our terminal blocks
at Dinkle Enterprise are composed of
PA66 insulating material, which are
characterized by its stability, ability
to self-extinguish when burnt (in compliance
with UL94V-2 and UL94V-0), and excellent
elasticity and hardness, making it difficult
to break apart. All materials used by
Dinkle meet the requirements
of ROHS. |
 |
Most of our conducting materials used
by Dinkle Enterprise are electrolytic
copper that have high conductivity and
excellent chemical stability. In addition,
direct contact points on the conductors
are made of brass to improve the ability
of the ridges on the screws to withstand
torque. All materials used by Dinkle meet the requirements
of ROHS. |

|
| High-strength steel alloys
are used for the screws and other fastening
parts found in the structures of our terminal
blocks. These alloys
are reinforced by temping and plated with
Chromium(Cr+3) so that they can withstand
a greater rotational force and sustained a
better holding force on the wire. Furthermore,
the alloys are also resistant to vibrations.
For spring type terminal blocks, the springs
are made of high quality and high elasticity
stainless steel for maximum reliability. |
